1. Eligibility for Refund
- Timeframe: Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- Usage Requirement: You must demonstrate full installation and thorough testing under normal conditions.
- Valid Reasons: Provide a clear reason (e.g., defects, incompatibility) with supporting evidence (screenshots, logs).
- Exclusions: License renewals, add-ons, or issues due to misuse or third-party conflicts are not eligible.
2. Refund Process

- Order Number
- Detailed explanation of issue
- Attachments (screenshots, error reports)
- Review Period: We’ll acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and complete review within 5 business days.
- Processing: If approved, funds are returned via original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Denial: We will provide reasons if your request is denied and may offer alternative solutions.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel within 24 hours of placement for a full refund (provided no download/activation). After 24 hours, standard refund terms apply.
